The Russell has 2mm garnet jewels burnished into the plate, whereas the PSB has 3.8mm translucent jewels burnished into the plate surrounded with fake jewel settings. Two subtle differences: 1) the arbor end of the Russell balance bridge is a little longer and different shape, 2) the balance is a little smaller. The PSB has the next in line potance part number #216, whereas the Russell has the earlier part #215 (the difference in location of steady pin and mounting screw for the potance can be seen in lower right part of the plates). |
